Over the past 25 years the Centre has pursued an integrated programme of research that has addressed many different aspects of eating disorders, including their diagnosis and classification, their characterisation and measurement, their distribution, aetiology and course, and most importantly their treatment. This work has had a substantial impact on the field and on clinical practice in the UK and abroad. |
