Adele Krusche

DPhil Student

  • Research Assistant

I worked as recruiter and trial coordinator on the Staying Well after Depression randomised controlled trial for the last three and a half years as part of the Oxford Mindfulness team and Department of Psychiatry.

Prior to that I studied Psychology at the University of Portsmouth where I conducted research investigating dispositional mindfulness as part of my Masters course and developed an interest in how mindfulness can alter perspectives and help with disorders.

I am currently conducting research into online mindfulness courses and their benefits for parents during the perinatal period in conjunction with the Mental Health Foundation and Wellmind Media for my DPhil Psychiatry degree.
