You would be invited to the Department of Psychiatry (Warneford Hospital) for two study visits. During these visits you will complete some questionnaires and computerized tasks and you will be given a selection of wearable and mobile technologies (Fitbit-like devices and phone apps) which measure your sleep and activity throughout your day-to-day life for a period of 8 weeks.


We are looking for

Female participants between the ages of 18 and 35 years with a diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder. Our study, called Sleep in Borderline Personality Disorder (SBPD), investigates the effects of a sleep programme on sleep-wake patterns and mood.

Participants will be reimbursed for their time and travel expenses
