We are looking for

Volunteers low in mood, motivation and enjoyment, aged 18 to 65, who are currently not undergoing any counselling or psychotherapy and have never been diagnosed with psychosis or bipolar disorder. You may be on antidepressant medication. We are testing two interventions which may be helpful for these symptoms. You would be invited to participate in a 4-week programme that would ask you to track your general daily activities, daily mood and physical activity. You would be asked to visit the Department of Psychiatry three to four times to complete some tests, each session taking at most 1-2.5 hours.

You will be compensated for your time.
