Volunteers should be right handed, have no history of a psychological disorder such as depression, anxiety, or an eating disorder, no previous participation in a study using computerised tasks with emotional faces, and no participation in a drug study within the last 3 months. We are looking for

Healthy volunteers are needed for a study investigating the effects of seven-day administration of the drug prucalopride on the processing of emotions. The study is run at the Department of Psychiatry at Warneford Hospital, over 3 sessions. The first visit involves a screening visit, and taking the drug or placebo for 7 days. The second visit includes a brain scan using functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI), and the third visit involves computer-based psychological tasks.
