Clinical Neurosciences, such as neurology and psychiatry, share many methods including methods of research, but the presence of brain disease often also goes with an increased frequency of psychiatric symptoms. There is thus a large overlap of neurology and psychiatry in diseases, such as Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, Huntington’s disease, and in unexplained neurological symptoms.
