Are you low in mood and activity? We are testing two interventions that might be helpful.

We are looking for volunteers aged 18 to 65, who are currently not undergoing any counselling or psychotherapy.
You may be on antidepressant medication.

You would be invited to participate in a 4-week programme that would ask you to track your general daily activities and daily mood. You would be asked to visit the Department of Psychiatry at University of Oxford three times to complete some tests, each session taking at most 1h.

Strict measures will be followed to protect you from COVID-19.

If you want to find out more, please fill in this form: https://bit.ly/3sRDLOc, or contact activation.study@psych.ox.ac.uk.

There is no obligation to take part. You will be reimbursed for your time.
