Emma Medlicott

BSc (Hons), MSc

Research Assistant

I am a research assistant within the MYRIAD team working on a large randomised controlled trial which is exploring whether mindfulness training in schools can improve resilience in adolescent students.

Previous to this I worked in a hospital school as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant and was based in an acute inpatient adolescent mental health ward. I completed a BSc in psychology and an MSc in Clinical and Developmental Neuropsychology at Bournemouth University. Overall, I am interested in promoting wellbeing and alleviating mental health issues in young people.
