Jennifer Baker-Jones

BA (Hons), PGCE


Research Assistant

Jennifer is a Research Assistant on the Mindfulness and Resilience in Adolescence (MYRIAD) Project, joining the team in September 2017.

In 2013, Jennifer graduated with a First Class BA (Hons) in English Literature from The University of East Anglia, Norwich. Her main Undergraduate interests included science writing and psychoanalysis. 

Jennifer then completed a Postgraduate Certificate of Education at The University of Bristol, graduating in 2014. Jennifer's research interests included the efficacy of provision within schools for students with special educational needs and wellbeing within schools.

Jennifer has worked in a range of schools across England and Wales, both mainstream and independent. As a classroom teacher, she played an important role in the improvement of the E-Safety provision within her school, as well as helping to develop the Personal, Social, Health and Citizenship Education (PSHCE) for students across Key Stage Three.

Her range of experience within schools inspired Jennifer's interest in the MYRIAD project.
