Laura studied Medical Science at the University of Exeter Medical School. During her degree she spent a year doing research on a stroke rehabilitation trial, and this was where her interest in clinical trials began.
Laura is interested in how we can help older people and people with chronic illnesses to become more independent, and to have better mental and physical wellbeing.
Laura mainly works on the HOME study, within the Psychological Medicine Research group.
