I completed my BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology with a final-year focus on clinical and cognitive neuropsychology/neuroscience at the University of Durham in 2020.
Later that year, I joined the Psychopharmacology & Emotion Research Laboratory (PERL) as an MRes student and have been working on an fMRI study on the effects of the noradrenaline and dopamine reuptake inhibitor (NDRI) Bupropion on reward processing in depressed patients, supervised by Professors Catherine Harmer and Philip Cowen.
In general, I am most fascinated by neuropsychiatric illnesses, including neurodegenerative conditions, and the neural mechanisms that give rise to them.
