Rebecca Pollard

I joined the Department of Psychiatry in 2017 as a Research Assistant in the SINAPPS research group, working on the PPiP2 (Prevalence of Pathogenic Antibodies in Psychosis) and SINAPPS2 (Study of Immunotherapy in Antibody Positive Psychosis) studies. This RCT aims to test the efficacy and safety of immunotherapy in patients with psychotic symptoms who test positive for neuronal membrane antibodies. I am currently based in the Department of Psychosis Studies, KCL; working with the London sites for this trial.

Before joining the department I was working as an Assistant Psychology Practitioner in the Wiltshire IAPT Service. Before this, I worked as a behavioural support worker on an acute neurology ward. I received my BSc in Neuroscience from the University of Bristol in 2014 and my MSc in Psychology from the University of Bristol in 2016.
