Sneha Anand

BSc, MSc, PhD

Postdoctoral Researcher

As a postdoctoral researcher, my research within the Translational Neuroscience and Dementia Research Group focuses upon the identification and validation of measurable plasma protein biomarkers related to Alzheimer’s disease (AD) pathology using immunocapture based approaches. Our studies investigate the association of changes in plasma proteins with AD pathology and disease progression.

On completing my PhD in Neurobehavioural genetics, I worked as a post doctoral researcher determining the genetic basis of Type 2 diabetes in novel mouse models at the Medical Research Council, Harwell.
