I am a research assistant in the O-CAP team, working on the SlowMo trial.
SlowMo is a multi-centre randomised controlled trial (working across London, Oxford and Sussex) evaluating the clinical effectiveness and mechanisms of action of a new digital therapy designed to support people who experience persecutory delusions. SlowMo targets thinking habits which are known to contribute to paranoia, and works by supporting people to slow down for a moment to reduce fast thinking habits and the subsequent impact of paranoia on their lives.
I completed my BSc in Psychology at Royal Holloway, University of London, and my MSc in Foundations of Clinical Psychology and Mental Health at the University of Sussex.
