We are currently recruiting participants for a sleep and mental health study (ethics approved by City and East Research Ethics Committee, HRA REC number: 25/LO/0349, IRAS number: 350096) If you're aged 18 to 30, living in the Oxford area, and experiencing poor sleep alongside depression or anxiety, you may be eligible to take part in a new NDCN study comparing two behavioural sleep interventions. The study involves home sleep monitoring, lab assessments, daily diaries, and online questionnaires.
