Held in the Common Room on the first Monday of each month at 9:30am, with refreshments from 9.15am.  At these meetings you will receive updates from the Head of Department about Departmental decisions, activities, and staff successes. All staff are encouraged to attend. It is also where we officially welcome new staff.

Research Meetings are held fortnightly in the Department Common Room during term time from 12.45pm to 2pm. At these meetings you will hear about funding proposals for research projects currently being prepared by our researchers. All staff are encouraged to attend and give feedback on the presentations. Lunch is provided.

Oxford Talks is a University-wide database of seminars, events, and talks. We aim to list all our Department talks on here, so if you are organising an event, contact the Department Receptionist about listing it here. Held on Tuesdays at 9:30am in the Department Seminar Room, these meetings explore the big and timely questions we encounter in mental health research. Presentations are made both by our own researchers as well as visiting speakers. 

Held each year, the Away Day is an opportunity to learn about the various research activities happening across the Department, network with other staff members, put faces to names, and celebrate staff achievements. All staff are welcome. Lunch and refreshments are provided.
