Shona O'Leary

As Research Group Administrator, I provide operational, administrative and financial support that enables high-quality research, education and public engagement activities. Working across all stages of the research lifecycle, I collaborate with academic staff, researchers, students, professional services colleagues and external partners to ensure projects run efficiently and meet institutional and funder requirements.

My academic background combines a Master's in Psychology with Distinction from Birkbeck, University of London, and a First-Class BA (Hons) in Drama. This combination has given me a strong understanding of both the scientific research environment and the communication, organisational and interpersonal skills required to support complex collaborative work.
