I am a postdoctoral research fellow working in the Neuronal Oscillations group led by Prof. Ole Jensen. My research is concerned with the role of prediction in language processing as well as the neural underpinnings of flexible language comprehension and memory for linguistic input.
I completed my PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of York in 2026, where I was supervised by Prof. Gareth Gaskell and Prof. Scott Cairney. My PhD research focused on the role of episodic memory in language comprehension and linguistic flexibility using a combination of MEG, EEG, and behavioural methods.
Prior to that, I completed my undergraduate degree in English Linguistics at the University of Zurich in 2020, before moving to the UK to study for an MPhil in Theoretical and Applied Linguistics at the University of Cambridge, followed by an MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience at the University of York.
