Developing new analysis tools for understanding human brain activity

The Oxford Centre for Human Brain Activity (OHBA) Analysis Group develops novel computational methodologies for analyzing the dynamics of functional neuroimaging data, in order to investigate the human brain in fundamental and clinical neuroscience research. We use techniques from machine learning, artificial intelligence and image/signal processing; and much of the work we do is in collaboration with the other Analysis Groups in the Wellcome Centre for Integrative Neuroimaging (WIN).

OHBA ANALYSIS GROUP SOFTWARE

The tools we develop are available to download and use.

Please go to the OHBA Analysis Group Software Page to find out more, including the Python toolboxes osl, osl-dynamics and EMD.
