Research Assistant

I am a research assistant in the Early Psychosis Research Group, primarily working to support public and patient involvement in research. To do this, I work with the O-PAG and O-CAP PPI working groups which are made up of patients and carers with lived experience of psychosis across three studies; PUMA, FOCUS and Sleeping Better.

Before taking this role, I worked as an assistant psychologist in a physical health department in the NHS. I led a project conducting a feasibility trial of co-production in a trust where it is not standard practise, which led to my interest in ensuring patient voices are represented in both research and clinical practise.
