Isabelle McGrath
Postdoctoral Researcher
Isabelle McGrath is a post-doctoral researcher in psychiatric genetics in the Wray Group, based at the Big Data Institute. She is leveraging omics data to investigate biological mechanisms driving psychiatric conditions. She is primarily working on the ImmunoMind project - finding immune and metabolic causes of severe mental illness.
Prior to this she completed her PhD at The University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. Her work investigated the relationship between endometriosis and its comorbidities using large genomic and health record datasets.
