Dr. Nabeela Kajee

Dr. Nabeela Kajee is a medical doctor, Rhodes Scholar, and reading for a DPhil Psychiatry at the University of Oxford.
Her doctoral research at the Department of Psychiatry, Oxford Mindfulness Centre (OMC), is supervised by Drs Willem Kuyken and Kate Saunders - investigating the use of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) as a toolkit for wellbeing in undergraduate medical education.
Her work involves mixed-methods research, MBCT education, research presentations, and international collaboration with fellow academic researchers and specialists in higher education.
She is passionate about creating impact globally, at the intersection of mental health, higher education and global health.
