Research Assistant
I am a Research Assistant in the Forensic Psychiatry research group, contributing to the Oxford Martin Programme on Decarceration. The programme aims to identify safe, effective and ethical alternatives to imprisonment by bringing together an interdisciplinary team of researchers from psychiatry, criminology, law, philosophy, economics and data science. I support the programme through organising events and conferences, as well as conducting systematic literature reviews.
I hold a BSc in Psychology from Maastricht University and an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mind-Body Interface from King’s College London. During my MSc, I worked at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience (IoPPN), contributing to two research projects examining the psychological and physiological correlates of anxiety disorders.
