About me

My research focuses on developing deep learning methods for biomedical data, including image-based modalities such as MRI and time-series data from wearable devices. I am particularly interested in learning informative, scalable, and interpretable representations from complex health-related data.

Moreover, I aim to bridge the gap between observable health variation and genetics. By integrating machine-learned phenotypes with large-scale genomic data, my work seeks to improve our understanding of the genetic architecture of human health and disease.
