The Athena SWAN team have now submitted the Department’s Bronze Award application.

As part of this process, they have made improvements to the Athena SWAN webpages (located in the ‘About Us’ section of the Department’s website).  As well as information about the Athena SWAN process and progress to date, they include details of Departmental support for work/life balance and career development, as well as useful information collated from the University’s webpages (e.g. information about staff benefits and discounts, family-friendly policies, definitions of salary scales).

The Athena SWAN self-assessment team hope that the pages are of use to staff and students, as well as others interested in the Department.  They welcome feedback and ideas for additional content: please contact Liz Tunbridge.
