On 23 November 2013 the Whitehall Imaging Oxford Project welcomed its 300th participant.

The Whitehall Imaging Sub-study is an ancillary study of Whitehall II (Stress and Health Study), combining its rich longitudinal data set with cutting edge MRI brain imaging methods at the University of Oxford. The project began in January last year, receiving its first participant in April 2012. It will image a total of 800 Whitehall II participants by the end of 2016, making it a unique epidemiological imaging study of its kind.
