MA Oxf, MRes, PhD
Postdoctoral Researcher
I contribute to the development of evidence-based psychological treatments for eating disorders. My work focuses on developing, evaluating, and disseminating the digital, programme-led version of Enhanced Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT-E). I am particularly interested in creating interventions that are highly effective, engaging, accessible, and scalable, and in ensuring that we meet the needs of people who are typically underserved in research.
I completed my PhD in Psychology at the University of Bath, where my research focused on optimising digital mindfulness-based interventions to reduce risk factors for disordered eating. I completed my degree in Experimental Psychology at St Catherine’s College, University of Oxford (MA Oxf), and my research master’s degree in Psychology at the University of Bath (MRes).
