The app designed by researchers at the Department of Psychiatry to slow down negative thoughts of people with paranoia appeared on the BBC's The One Show. They revealed how one of the first users, Angie, is benefiting from this innovative approach.

The app, SlowMo, was designed jointly by researchers, including Dr Mar Rus-Calafell and Professor Daniel Freeman, service users, healthcare designers and clinicians. It is currently being trialed in several NHS Trusts across the country.
