Physical activity is an important aspect in maintaining physical and mental health.  Frequent and regular physical exercise is beneficial as it helps to maintain a healthy physiological well-being, strengthens the immune system and maintaining a healthy mind.

Professor Helen Dawes, lead expert of Physical Activity, of Oxford Brookes University has developed a physical activity programme which can be personalised to each participant based on their preferences and ongoing feedback. In this video, she explains what is currently known about physical exercise and mental wellbeing as well as providing an insight into what she is keen to learn from PAIDEIA.
