Mindfulness involves paying attention thoughts and our surroundings as well as the sensations of breathing or parts of our body. Being fully present is the premise to practicing mindfulness that could be beneficial in many ways. Current research shows mindfulness programmes can be developed in many different ways leading to a variety of benefits such as reduction in stress levels, optimise performance, awareness through observations of your own mind and gain insight.

PAIDEIA will give access to a mindfulness programme developed by Professor Willem Kuyken and his team which consists of videos, audio clips, written scripts and reading material.

Claire Kelly of the Oxford Mindfulness Centre explains the benefits of mindfulness, what to expect from the practice and how the intervention is tailored to each individual.
