Emma Aitken
Research Assistant
I am a research assistant in The Oxford Psychological Interventions for Children and adolescents (TOPIC) research group. As part of my role, I work on the iCATS-i2i project, namely identifying Child Anxiety Through Schools - identification to intervention. On this project, I support the development and evaluation of a new method to identify and support children with anxiety problems through primary schools. To do so, I work directly with children, parents and school staff to collect Phase 2 data in primary schools across England to test the efficacy of this novel intervention.
Prior to this role, I completed my BSc in Psychology at the University of York, followed by a MSc in Developmental Psychology and Psychopathology at Kings College London.
