Neuroscientist, Professor Kringelbach, meets legendary author, A.S. Byatt to discuss the minds of writers.

In the week that A.S. Byatt won the Erasmus Prize - a prize 'awarded annually to a person or institution that has made an exceptional contribution to the humanities or the arts, in Europe and beyond', the author joins Morten Kringelbach from the University of Oxford's Department of Psychiatry to explore what goes on in our brains in the act of writing.
