Programme manager

  • Mental Health Research Incubator
  • Online Pilates

I lead writing retreats for the Mental Health Research Incubator - a initiative which supports mental health professionals and researchers who want to pursue their career in research.

I also teach Pilates at Oxford University. Pilates is a gentle form of exercise that builds strength and flexibility. Because movements are slow and controlled with lots of scope for adapting, it’s great for overcoming injury too.
