  • Translational bioinformatics
My research focuses on analysing available biomedical data to provide actionable plans for patients, clinicians and researchers as soon as possible. To achieve this goal, I apply my clinical expertise in dementia and cognition to various datasets using relevant techniques supported by collaborators, e.g.
  • Electronic health records and Biomedical literature: Natural language processing
  • Multiomics and Neuroimaging data: Bioinformatics and Machine learning
  • Mobile sensor and web data: Medical decision support
