Impact

ATTUNE has seven aims: 

1) To raise awareness and advocate for the need to understand and respond to the impact of ACEs on adolescent mental health across diverse geographies, communities, neurodiversity, gender, ethnicity and sexual identity in the UK.
2) To engage young people from diverse backgrounds in the research that is about them.
3) To engage policy makers and professionals in education, health and social care in our research process and findings.
4) To disseminate project outcomes widely through different platforms to reach diverse audiences.
5) To promote youth voice to accelerate action on mental health for young people.
6) To build networks, engaging other researchers/practitioners for capacity building and to engage stakeholders to develop wider and sustainable collaborations to develop and inform future research, policy and practice.
7) To offer a process of upskilling and training with positive impacts for young people involved in the research
